Cooking Tip: Filtered water is better for daily consumption and cooking. Even if you're boiling the water its still better if the water is filtered. Buying a ceramic water filter might just be the best investment you can make this year!
Training Tip: Sometimes faster isn't better! Although intensity is a great thing, occasionally it might be worth slowing down to work on movement efficiency or even just to get the movement correct. For instance if you have 1-2 legless rope climbs but the workout requires you to do 5 over the space of the WOD, it might be worth hitting the movement RXD and learning to rest, recover and pace.
Mindset Tip: Take a moment to look up and appreciate your surroundings!
