Again Faster Shipping & Installation Policy

At Again Faster Australia, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and with complete transparency on costs.

 

Shipping Estimates & Quotes

Again Faster provides transparent shipping estimates. The shipping quote you receive reflects our best estimate of the cost. If the actual shipping cost is lower than the quoted amount, you will receive a store credit refund for the difference. Conversely, if the shipping cost exceeds the quoted amount, you will be invoiced for the additional charges. Alternatively, we can accommodate your preferred shipping method at no additional cost.

 

How Shipping Works

  1. Order Processing:

    Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Most in-stock items ship within 1–3 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional lead time, as specified at checkout or by your sales consultant.

  2. Shipping Methods:

    We use a network of trusted freight partners to deliver your equipment safely and efficiently. Standard delivery is curbside; if you require inside delivery, installation, or special handling, please contact us for a custom quote.

  3. Tracking:

    Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery’s progress.

 

Delivery Timeframes

  1. Metro Areas: 2–7 business days (depending on location and order size)

  2. Regional/Rural Areas: 5–14 business days

  3. Custom Orders: Lead times will be confirmed at the time of order

 

Large Orders & Special Requirements

For large, heavy, or palletised orders, please ensure you have suitable access for delivery (e.g., roller doors, loading docks, or forklifts if required). If you have unique delivery needs or would like to use your own freight provider, let us know—we’re happy to accommodate your preferences at no additional cost.

 

Installation

When Again Faster arranges installation through third-party installation companies, we do not mark up the install quote. The installation quote you receive covers only the actual third-party costs. Any additional charges incurred by the installer (such as for unforeseen site conditions or requested changes) will be billed directly to you, the customer. This ensures complete transparency and that you only pay for the services you receive.

 

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. If any items are missing or damaged, notify us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue promptly.

 

International Shipping

Currently, Again Faster Australia ships within Australia and New Zealand only. For international orders, please contact our team to discuss options.
