ONE80 Strength & Fitness 'BETTER THAN YESTERDAY'

When Jon & Emily from ONE80 reached out, they had already built a loyal community that wanted to be strong, in body and mind, fit and mobile, ready for life now and into the years ahead, staying true to their tagline 'better than yesterday'. Working out of a community space for a little under 2 years, it was the coaching, the vibe and the results of the product they offered that allowed their community to grow.

 

 

So with the decision to move into a new space, Jon & Em paid attention to every detail, as they knew this was an opportunity to provide the best possible vehicle in empowering this community they already had, and from a training space perspective providing an exceptional experience.

With a Black, White, and Grey colour scheme, and a slightly uncommon shape. The main points of fitting out this pace were, the layout to maximize floor space and lifting space together as there are two massive aspects of the program they ran.

So we opted for a massive, full height(3.7m), wide width (2m), 5-cell freestanding rig, placed close to the wall. This gave the members to work both inside and outside of the rig, open up more floor space by also storing most equipment against the wall behind the rig.

We continued with Grey fleck flooring, all black barbells and training plates, black turf, dumbbells, kettlebells and an array of other strength and conditioning equipment. All tied together with a Charcoal Powder Coat for All horizontals and accessories on the rig, and some pieces on his benches, GHD's and sleds.

All in all, and after a couple of years the training space for ONE80 still provides an encouraging, practical standout training space for its community to thrive. We are thankful for the opportunity to work with these great people!
