I’ve been working with @spartanroy from the @f.i.t_project to help remix his pull up rig. Shout out to Roy Hanford who is one of the top Obstacle Course Racers in the world!

Roy and I worked together to get his gym, The Fit Project, kitted out with Again Faster Gear and now he’s keen to set up an obstacle course training ground in his Brunswick Gym. The idea is to be able to do all the functional fitness work along with developing a playground feel with the rig. This is a benefit in a couple of ways: You can still work your strength and conditioning programs while pushing your clients to develop new skills during “play time”, running them through the obstacle course – one that is in a clean, dry gym not knee deep with mud like OCR courses normally are!

Roy came to me wanting to re-mix his rig. So I met him at the gym and we talked about what he’d like to do. Once I got a sense for his plans, I came back to the office and knocked up this drawing for him which looks like it will work a treat.

Remember, when you invest into a pull up rig, you should be investing into a system that change and grow with your gym over time. You may renovate, you may move, your training model may change over time. The benefit of investing in a rig like our @againfasterau pull up rigs is that you have a system that can grow and change with your business over time.
