Yesterday we talked about putting together your initial list of gear that you needed to run your gym every day when setting up a new gym. Today we are talking about the gear you should consider buying for your new gym that you are likely to use a couple times a week. Of course, your list will be specific to you and your programming methodology but we’ll go over some classics here.

The first step is to think about the movements that you are likely to program one to three times per week.

Second step, put that gear on your list. In Strength & Conditioning Gym we’re talking about equipment like bikes and rowers, dumbbells, slam balls, GHD's etc. You know what works for you.

Again, it’s a simple decision-making tool that will allow you to make sure you get the right gear for your gym fit out without wasting time or money!
