Heather & Simon are the perfect mix of business and energy, that came across immediately after we first spoke about their dream to as they put it "create a fun and safe fitness home for many amazing humans". The dream of building a community is a beautiful thing, and Heather & Simon were looking to do that in the heart of Melbourne. We are proud to have been able to guide them on that journey of building a home in CreateFit.

We spoke thoroughly through the gear list, the layout, and specs. They were determined to utilize every inch of there very unique space for the main CrossFiit gym, along with many other valuable additions for their members, including allied health, recovery, and chill-out zones!

Sometimes when you have a large space, with more options - it is harder to decide. So we took it back to the foundations. Floor, Structural (Rig), Barbells, Bumpers, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Medicine balls, Slam Balls, Extras, and Storage!

We really took advantage of a big open floor space and broke up any empty feel with custom 2x10m turf, with the CreateFit logo as the first thing you see when you enter and splitting the room down the middle. With a large 10 cell freestanding rig split in two soars across the back of the floor, providing more than enough space for pull-ups, muscle ups, rope climbs and so much more. With the addition of some single-cell freestanding rigs for strength work, and a large selection of barbells, camo bumpers, and more, all stored neatly away in designated storage areas, this space is not only beautiful to look at, but functional and safe. Making it the perfect vehicle to facilitate a growing, fun, and encouraging community!

A massive splash of teal gave a pop of color through the beams in the roof, matched with the custom coloured pull up bars and J hooks for the rig, really brought focus to the unique design of the historical Southbank building.
