Cooking Tip: Refined coconut oil has a higher smoke point than olive oil. It can be better for your pans especially with dishes that require high heat such as stir-fry's and scrambled eggs.
Training Tip: The more you don't want to do an exercise or a workout is probably the biggest sign that you need to do exactly that.
Mindset Tip: Learn to filter what your brain is saying. We tend to build and generate ideas and scenarios in our brain that are not true and never will be. You cannot predict what's going to happen with future interactions or how people and events are going to work out. Stop stressing yourself out with these fake stories. Filter through what's a lie and what's the truth.
