The program evaluates spending over the past year, and lifetime, allowing customers to unlock better tiers, offering greater rebates and exclusive benefits. With the new rollout, earned credit will be directly added to customer accounts. While *rewards can be redeemed on any product, we encourage customers to use them for accessories, prizes, or items that will enhance their members' experiences and support their business growth.

How to join?

Joining is easy. Fill out the form below to kick off the process » You will then be sent a survey to update your information prior to your points being calculated. Once your application is reviewed and confirmed, you will have access to all of the benefits your level entitles you to.

How do I increase my tier?

Unlock higher tiers and better rewards by increasing your spending and making the most of your benefits.

Your tier is based on your total spending over the past year. The more you spend, the higher the tier you achieve.

Last 12 months sales must be over $1000 to maintain status

Loyalty Credit Terms & Conditions

Earned Loyalty Credit

  • Loyalty credit earned through the AF Loyalty Program is valid for 3 years from the date it is credited to your account
  • Credit can be used on any Again Faster products
  • Credit cannot be exchanged for cash
  • To maintain your loyalty tier status, your account must have purchases totaling $1,000+ in the last 12 months

Referral Commission

  • Referral commissions earned are valid for 3 years from the date they are credited to your account
  • Commissions can be used toward Again Faster equipment purchases
  • Referral commission cannot be exchanged for cash

Account Inactivity

  • If your account has no purchases or credit redemptions for 24 consecutive months, all loyalty credit will expire
  • Any purchase or credit redemption resets the inactivity period
  • You will receive advance warning before inactivity-based expiration occurs

Important: Loyalty credit differs from gift vouchers and store credit. Gift vouchers purchased for full value are governed by Australian Consumer Law. Store credit from returns is covered under our Returns Policy. Loyalty credit is earned through program participation and follows the terms outlined above.
