Again Faster Partners With Police & Citizens Youth Club (PCYC) Queensland To Build Functional Fitness Facilities across Queensland

Again Faster, a Brisbane based supplier of functional fitness equipment has just signed a deal with the Police & Citizens Youth Club (PCYC) Queensland to be their preferred supplier of functional equipment in their 38 Clubs across Queensland.

The deal will see Again Faster provide equipment to clubs wanting to offer functional training, as well as undertake refurbishment of existing spaces to accommodate Activ8 – the new Functional Fitness program PCYC will be launching.

Gene Suna, Founder and Managing Director of Again Faster Asia Pacific said “the PCYC brand is synonymous with community and giving back, which is something we at Again Faster value highly. The opportunity to partner with them makes sense to us because of that reason alone. We’re excited to begin the relationship and to see it grow in the future.”

Again Faster will work with the PCYC team to create spaces that will allow the PCYC clients to experience world-class functional training on equipment that is tried and tested.

Jed McDonald, Business Development Manager at Again Faster Asia Pacific said “we’re excited to work with PCYC! I grew up using their gyms on the Northside of Brisbane, and they are the first point of call for a large portion of the population. For everyone to get access to up to date equipment and to a way of training that you would pay a premium for elsewhere, is a wonderful thing. We cannot wait to show off pieces of custom equipment, branding, and showcase our capabilities through their clubs.”

PCYC Qld’s State Sport and Recreation Manager, Thomas McPhail said “the program of works will begin with the all-new PCYC Logan at Slacks Creek. Launching Activ8 to the Logan region, the new facility will include a state of the art gym complemented by a functional fitness area.”

PCYC Queensland is a leading charity providing youth development and community programs. Their signature sports include boxing, gymnastics, martial arts, and they also offer outside school hours care, gym and fitness, and more for everyone.

PCYC Queensland has been working alongside the Queensland Police Service to meet community needs across Queensland since 1948.
