How it works?

Select a date to reserve your entire event weekend. Please note the displayed time slot is for booking purposes only—your reservation is valid from Thursday through Monday. A $1,000 deposit is required upfront and will be deducted from your final equipment hire fee. Once your reservation is confirmed, you’ll receive a form to specify the equipment you need, ensuring a smooth and tailored rental experience.

How do I arrange pickup?
  • Pickup Location & Time
    Time You can collect your equipment from Unit 10, 31–79 Paisley Drive, Lawnton, 4501 during standard warehouse hours (9 AM–5 PM). If you need to pick up outside these hours, please let us know—additional fees may apply.
  • Vehicle Requirements
    Ensure your vehicle can safely transport all items and that you follow load restraint guidelines. Again Faster (Party A) may refuse to load vehicles that do not meet legislative or safety standards.
What if I need delivery instead of pickup?
  • Delivery Options
    If you require delivery, contact our team for a quote. We can discuss timelines, availability, and any extra costs. (Note: The same liability and load restraint obligations apply.)
What is your return policy?
  • Return Deadline
    You must return the equipment by the agreed date and time. Late returns incur 20% of the total hire fee per day.
  • Condition of Equipment
    All items should be returned in their original storage containers. Additional repackaging fees may apply if items are not correctly packed.
Are there penalties for loss or damage?
  • Repair/Replacement Costs
    If equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond normal wear and tear, Party B is responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement.
  • Insurance
    We recommend obtaining coverage for the duration of your event to protect against theft, loss, or damage.
Do I need tools to assemble the equipment?
  • Basic Toolkit Provided
    We include simple hand tools for assembly. If you need additional or power tools, you must supply them yourself.
Can I use fitbox credits to pay?
  • fitbox Credits
    Absolutely! After you’ve paid the mandatory $1,000 reservation fee, you can apply fitbox credits to the remaining balance of your hire fee.
How far in advance should I book?
  • Lead Time
    We suggest booking 4–6 weeks before your event to secure your desired equipment and dates. This ensures plenty of time for logistics and planning.
Is the $1,000 reservation fee refundable?
  • Non-Refundable Fee
    The $1,000 reservation fee is non-refundable. However, once paid, it will be credited toward your total hire fee.
Who do I contact if I have questions during the event?

    We will provide you with the direct phone number or email of a dedicated contact person who can assist if any issues arise during your rental period.
TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Again Faster (“Party A”) and the customer (“Party B”) for the rental of fitness equipment. By paying the reservation fee and/or taking possession of the rented equipment, Party B agrees to these T&Cs.

 

1. Booking & Reservation Fee

1.1 Reservation Fee: A non-refundable fee of $1,000 is required to secure the equipment and rental dates. This amount will be applied to the final invoice.

1.2 Booking Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the reservation fee and a signed rental agreement.

2. Payment & Invoicing

2.1 Full Balance: The outstanding balance (beyond the $1,000 reservation fee) must be paid prior to equipment pickup or delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2.2 Payment Methods: Party A accepts payment by credit card, direct bank transfer, fitbox credits (beyond the $1,000 deposit), or other methods specified on the invoice.

2.3 Late Payment: Delayed payments may result in additional fees or cancellation of the booking at Party A’s discretion.

3. Pickup & Return

3.1 Pickup Location: Party B is responsible for arranging pickup from Party A’s warehouse located at Unit 10, 31–79 Paisley Drive, Lawnton, 4501, at the agreed date and time.

3.2 Transport & Compliance: All transport costs, including providing any necessary consignment labels or manifests, are the responsibility of Party B. Party B must ensure vehicles have sufficient carrying capacity and comply with load restraint regulations.

3.3 Warehouse Hours: Standard warehouse hours are 9 AM–5 PM. Picking up or returning equipment outside these hours may incur additional fees.

3.4 Refusal of Loading: Party A reserves the right to refuse loading if the vehicle does not meet legislative or safety guidelines. Any costs incurred (including potential losses to Party A) due to such refusal are the responsibility of Party B.

3.5 Return Deadline: All equipment must be returned to the warehouse by the agreed date and time. Returns outside standard business hours may result in extra charges.

3.6 Original Containers: All items must be returned in their original storage containers. Should Party A need to repackage items, Party B will be charged for the associated costs, which may be deducted from the reservation fee or invoiced separately.

4. Late Returns

4.1 Daily Penalty: A penalty of 20% of the total hire fee per day will be charged for each day or part thereof that the equipment is returned late.

4.2 Additional Costs: If the late return causes Party A to incur additional expenses (e.g., missed deliveries for subsequent bookings), those costs will be billed to Party B.

5. Loss & Damage

5.1 Liability: Party B is fully liable for any loss or damage to equipment while it is in their possession, including damage beyond normal wear and tear.

5.2 Repair or Replacement: Party B is responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement of any equipment that is lost, stolen, or damaged during the rental period.

5.3 Improper Use: Liability includes damage resulting from improper installation, insufficient storage, or use of equipment outside its intended purpose.

6. Insurance & Liability

6.1 Insurance Coverage: Party B is advised to obtain insurance to cover theft, loss, or damage of the rented equipment. Party A carries its own insurance but this does not replace Party B’s need for coverage.

6.2 Accidents & Injuries: Party A is not liable for accidents or injuries that occur due to misuse or improper handling of the equipment. Party B assumes all responsibility for safe operation.

7. Tools & Assembly

7.1 Toolkit Provided: Party A supplies basic hand tools for assembly.

7.2 Power Tools: If power tools are required, they must be provided by Party B.

7.3 Installation: Party B is responsible for ensuring that the equipment is assembled correctly and safely, following any provided instructions or guidelines.

8. Use of fitbox Credits

8.1 Payment Application: fitbox credits can be applied toward the hire fee after the $1,000 reservation fee is paid in full.

8.2 Limitations: fitbox credits cannot be used for the initial $1,000 reservation fee but may cover any remaining balance due.

9. Force Majeure

9.1 Unforeseen Events: Party A is not responsible for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events outside its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

10. Governing Law

10.1 Jurisdiction: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Party A is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with those laws.
