Cooking Tip: Like sweet Breakies? Try cooked banana one Sunday morning. It's a great side for a cooked breaky like bacon and eggs!
Training Tip: Hypoxic training is breathe work training. Try this exercise:
Breathing through your nose only, perform 5 burpees as fast as possible and then take 3 deep breaths in. After exhaling on your last breath do a max distance farmers carry (32/24kg) without taking a breath. Repeat 3 times. Scored by total distance
Mindset Tip: Crush anxiety with daily breath work. Spend 3-5 minutes a day breathing (nose only) 4-6 seconds in and 8-12 seconds out.
