Balsamic Braised Lamp Shank

CHIEF TIPS

Cooking Tip: Fire up the fry pan to a medium heat & with no oil throw your dry herbs in (obviously one flavour at a time). This wakes the dry herbs up and releases there natural oils. In short it makes your paprika taste more paprika-y. Be sure to keep a close eye on the pan as you don't want to burn the herbs/spices. Cook until the herbs/spices are fragrant. Place on a pan and let cool before using.

Training Tip: Dont take things so seriously. If you're enjoying training and having fun you're more likely to succeed. If it's always a drag, or you're always putting negative connotations on going to the gym of course you're going to perform like shit. Do it because you want to, because you love how you feel afterwards, because you know achieving things in the gym can set you up for overcoming/achieving things in real life.

Balsamic Braised Lamb Shanks

This recipe has a Thanksgiving type of flavor to it, with ginger and fresh cranberries added to the flavors. You can switch out the 3 tablespoons of sugar for coconut sugar instead, and it’ll work out the same way. The aroma and flavors of this dish are to die for.
