Due to high volume of orders, we currently have low stock levels of our Barbells & Bumper Plates in particular. We have adopted a first in best dressed policy for all orders as we are expecting more stock soon.
You can still place your orders online and as per the first in best dressed policy, orders that are placed and paid for in full will be fulfilled as soon as stock has arrived. The T-bar Row works the lats, spinal erectors, traps, rear deltoids, biceps and forearms. To use the machine, stand with your legs on each side of the T-bar. Grab the handle with both hands. Use your lats and arm strength to pull the T-bar up and row it in your abdomen. You can exercise with a reverse grip to hit the back muscles from a different angle.
