MEXICAN MINCE

Ingredients 

  • (Female:180g / Male: 270g) of Raw Turkey Mince
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 1/2 Carrot
  • 1/2 Capsicum
  • 50g Tomato Paste
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
  • Lettuce leaves or 2x tortilla
  • (Female: 3tbsp / Male: 5tbsp) of Avocado
