CALAMARI AND ZUCCHINI GEMS

Enjoy our super healthy and easy to make Calamari and Zucchini Gems!

 

Ingredients

FEMALES:

  • 135g raw calamari rings
  • 1/2 tsp Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Basil
  • 1/2 tsp Parsley
  • 100g carrot
  • 75g cabbage
  • 65g apple
  • 2 tsp mayonnaise
  • 150g zucchini
  • 1 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic power
  • 1/2 tsp onion flakes

FEMALES:

  • 225g raw calamari rings
  • 1/2 tsp Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Basil
  • 1/2 tsp Parsley
  • 100g carrot
  • 75g cabbage
  • 50g beetroot
  • 130g apple
  • 3 tsp mayonnaise
  • 150g zucchini
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic power
  • 1/2 tsp onion flakes.
